International Anarchy

International land and international waters might also be called a phrase I am making up called "non governmental territories" not to be confused with non self governing territories

Book title : Make your own voluntary systems to overcome the single worldwide system of slavery

Chapter Title : International Anarchy

In this chapter I will make the claim that multiple involuntary nation states governments is preferable to a single wordlwide involuntary governemment

This chapter will explain the alternative of voluntary anarchist communities or voluntary governments as opposed to a single worldwide involuntrary "government" or a single worldwide involuntary "anarchist" system

This chapter will explain how international waters are at a state of international anarchy already and how some areas of land could be treated like international waters presently are treated to make government more voluntary without resulting in a problem of being in greater danger from people getting away with murder.  Such areas might be called by a term international land or international lands not to be confused with the international land coalition which is probably a bad thing because of United Nations involvement.  Terms that do not specify if such locations are land or water might be undesignated locations, undesignated places, or undesignated territorie(s) , or undesignated zone(s), international location(s), international place(s.)  The term international zone(s) already has a meaning and I am not sure if that would be fitting to the meaning I am trying to convey or would be misleading.

In this chapter I will explain why some people do not believe Governments exist or believe that disputes can be resolved without Governments because of international anarchy.  And how international Anarchy is used to argue in support of replacing voluntary governments with involuntary governments, abolishing governments all together or not believing in the existence of governments depending on what definition of government is used

In this chapter I might also mention how Anarchist Marc Stevens asks people to show him the evidence that they are in a government jurisdiction and to show evidence that their laws apply

Voluntary Governments or Voluntary Anarchist Communities

Voluntary Government (VG) and voluntary anarchist community (VAC) shall have the same meaning but can be chosen differently depending on if the audience you are talking to have a adversive emotional response to the term anarchy of government, or only insists on one true narrow definition involving the term anarchy or government.  Throughout most of this book I will choose to call Voluntary Anarchist Communities by the name Voluntary Governments.

Unclaimed or Undesignated

The term unclaimed could be used instead of undesignated but I believe undesignated is better because multiple people might try to claim such places, but I believe such claims should be considered as not legitimate to designate territoriality ownership without sufficient reason such as a new community of people setting up at that location while no one else has inhabited it or while the previous inhabitants have abandoned it or unfortunately have all died by means other than the new inhabitants executing them.

International and Undesignated areas have slightly different flavors of meaning.

The term undesignated areas would mean to imply that such an area has not been designated to be controlled by any specific involuntary government, voluntary government or voluntary anarchist community

International might have a flavor of meaning of multiple voluntary anarchist communities, voluntary governments or involuntary governments wanting to govern it, but that in order to avoid war between communities or governments deciding to be neutral about it and primarily avoid controlling it except on matters they can all agree on which might primarily include preventing murder and imprisoning murderers and possibly also some sort of responses to deal with the problem of aggressive initiations of violence.

Difference between Voluntary Governments and Involuntary Governments

First way in that Voluntary Governments would be different than Involuntary Governments

Local Scale Voluntary Governments vs Local Scale Involuntary Governments

Geographic Size of borders

Option of leaving without entering into another government

Worldwide Scale "Voluntary" Governments vs Involuntary Governments

Option of canceling membership

You can always leave by bitbutter

Second way in that Voluntary Governments would be different than Involuntary Governments

People would be allowed to leave a Voluntary Government unless they committed a crime after the age of maturity.

Age of maturity could have other qualities than a specific number of years of age such as a set of skills and physical and mental abilities necessary to survive on one's own outside the Voluntary Government or it could alternatively be a specific number of years of age.

Although I acknowledge the right of both voluntary and involuntary governments to have borders to prevent entering I do not acknowledge them as having a legitimate right to have borders preventing exit except in specific circumstances.  All individuals upon achieving a certain age or level of maturity would be given a choice between the option of staying, enrolling, or continuing membership and the option of leaving, canceling membership or simply not enrolling in a voluntary government.

If the voluntary government is on a worldwide scale and they are automatically given membership through their parents then they would have to cancel the membership if their listing is automatically maintained or to simply not enroll for membership in the first place if the membership is not continued without request upon reaching a certain age of maturity.  If the voluntary government is only for a certain local territory then they could choose to stay or leave upon reaching a certain age of maturity.

After reaching that age or maturity level and deciding to stay or have membership in a voluntary government such individuals can be punished for breaking the laws of a voluntary government that they agreed to abide to by their choice of staying or their choice to be a member.  Although I personally would not want to live in a community that supports execution of captured individuals, such punishments could include execution.  Such punishments could also include more reasonable things such as imprisonment, fines, forced labor or other punishments that they agreed would be applied to them if they stayed.  Why would people apply to agree to punishments for committing crimes if they stayed?  Because of the benefit of other people also being punished for committing crimes providing protection to them.  It would be perfectly possible to have different policies for different people in a voluntary government while still being voluntary because if people objected to so called unequal treatment they could choose to leave or choose not to be a member.

Since people before the age of maturity might not be able to survive if they just walk out or might not even be able to walk out yet, someone before the age of maturity would not be prevented from leaving the community at the age of maturity for a crime they committed before a certain age of maturity.

There would be a issue of the question of what if someone decided to go on a murder spree just before the age of maturity in a local voluntary government territory and if such a person should be allowed to leave a voluntary government territory because they were not considered old enough to consent to the system when they committed the murder spree.  This question might be even more problematic and difficult for someone who committed a murder spree outside of a local voluntary government terrirotory while enrolled through their parents in a worldwide "voluntary" government system.

How to deal with such a question is a difficult matter but does not mean the present system would be a better alternative.  In the present system such a ethical question is still debated involving the court sentences for individuals who committed crimes before a certain age in the United States of America.

Unequal Treatment of People and Voluntary Govenments

Why would people voluntary to be a part of community in which they are perceived by outsiders to receive the bad end of unequal treatment of people?

There are many reasons people would prefer to live in a society in which outsiders believe they receive unequal treatment because of hidden benefits which I will discuss in other chapters.

Why would some females want to stay in a community with so called unequal gender treatment?

I answer this question on the chapter in gender
