They tell stories similar to a fiction novel or fiction movie but present these fraudulent stories as non fiction news events When making day to day decisions I presume these sentient beings are humans with the same technology available to them as common people could access except that they have unlimited funds to purchase such technology and have no legal restrictions as to what technology they can purchase.
