Brief outline of the five layers

1st layer : Unknown sentient beings who tell those in the Second layer words, numbers, symbols, and images to pass onto those in layers 3 through 5

The First layer conceals their secret identity by using the Second layer as messengers

The messages the First layer use to control people are lies or contain some lies

The first layer likes to use stories.  They tell stories similar to a fiction novel or fiction movie but present these fraudulent stories as non fiction news events

When making day to day decisions I presume these sentient beings are humans with the same technology available to them as common people could access except that they have unlimited funds to purchase such technology and have no legal restrictions as to what technology they can purchase.  Although I admit I could be wrong about that.

Some people believe these sentient beings have access to far advanced "futuristic" technology that common people do not even know about because they only release old technology to the common people, or because the technology is made by more advanced species than humans. or by aliens, demons or fallen angels.  

Some people have presumed these sentient beings are not human.

The first layer can be presumed not to tell you who they are or the name of their organization therefore it might make sense to make up a nickname for them

Some nicknames for the first layer might be : the invisible controllers, the illusionists, the story tellers, the news makers, the unnamed slave masters, the unknown slave masters, the cult leader's cult leaders, the cult leaders of the slavemasters, the men behind the curtains

2nd later : The media and news monopoly, the banking monopoly and the religious monopoly.  

The first layer is unknown and secretive but the second layer are the group of people who are the visible messengers of the information the first layer wishes to communicate 

The second layer controls by fraud and not by weapons

Money sometimes does not actually exist except as a fictitious quantity of imaginary things, such as a certain amount of fraudulent credit, debt or value of a certain quantity of non existing objects

For example let us say there is a buyer and a seller.  The buyer wants to buy something that the seller is selling for 100 kilograms of gold, but the buyer does not have 100 kilograms of gold right now so he plans to take a loan from a bank for 100 kilograms of gold.  If a bank only had 10 kilograms of gold in it's vault but someone requested to borrow the value of 100 kilograms of gold then the bank could lend credit for 10 kilograms of gold that is really in their vault plus 90 kilograms of gold that does not exist in their vaults for.  The bank can not give the actual amount of gold requested or at least not 100% of the actual amount of gold requested because there is not enough gold in the vault.  Instead of lending the buyer actual gold the bank might lend the buyer a paper or electronic note they are told they can exchange for a certain amount of gold at the bank.  The buyer who is borrowing money from the bank to pay the seller might not give the seller any gold but instead give a note from the bank saying it is worth credit for 100 kilograms of gold, even though the bank does not have 100 kilograms of gold in it's vault to pay the seller.  This could be a example of fractional reserve lending and it can potentially be a form of fraud.

Barter is legitimate because the last person to receive the item or service can potentially use the item or service for whatever it was designed for.  Where as when you trade in money that has no purpose other than to trade for other things the person who is stuck with the money can not use the money for any purpose other than to trade for other things.  Someone who is stuck with food might be able to eat the food if no one else will trade their food for something else but someone who is stuck with certain kinds of money has no use to that money if no one else will trade that money for something else.  

The first person to give someone else money in exchange for a object or service of useful value, may have conned someone of something of useful value in exchange for something of no useful value.  Money can potentially be like the game of hot potato where the last person to be holding the money when time runs out and people will no longer trade things for that type of money is at a loss.  The first person may have gained something through fraud and the last person may have lost something through fraud and everyone in between might have broken even by losing something from fraud but gaining something else from fraud to compensate for that loss.

Hot potato is a party game that involves players gathering in a circle and tossing a small object such as a beanbag or even a real potato to each other while music plays.[1] The player who is holding the object when the music stops is eliminated.[2]

The religious monopoly on the second layer does not teach a truthful religion but that does not mean that no religious worldview is correct.  They do not teach religions in their original form but change them frequently to persuade people to do whatever is desired at the moment.  I am not claiming whether or not any specific religions in their original form were truthful but merely that religions in the current form taught by the monopoly on religion are not truthful.

One method historians use to find out history is to look at news accounts from the past, but this method well not let a historian arrive at correct knowledge of history if the original news accounts were lies but the historian believes the news accounts were true

What is believed to be history is not always arrived at by looking at news events from the past, sometimes what is believed to be history is written so long after the fact that the writer making the claim has no way to know that the event really happened.  In fact sometimes the writer knows that it did not happen at all and is writing fake history as a form of propaganda to influence the behavior of the public.  This is something the news monopoly can do and has done in the past. 

Religious traditions may come from the history about a religious figure that was arrived at by looking at news claimed about that religious figure.  If the news claims are wrong then the history is wrong.  The news monopoly has intentionally created false news and or history claims about religious figures who may or may not have existed in order to convince people to believe untrue religious claims as a means to control the public.

According to the information published by the news monopoly a higher percent of the members in charge of the news monopoly are of the Jewish tribe than the percent of Gentiles in charge of the news monopoly.  But not all members of the Jewish tribe are in charge of the news monopoly.  We do not know if this is true or if the news monopoly is framing the Jewish tribe because we can not trust information published by the news monopoly.  My personal experience talking about their congregation members careers to people who proclaim to be Jews at Synagogues vs people who proclaim to be Gentiles at Churches does suggest that Jewish tribe members are disproportionately in charge of media outlets, but I could have a biased understanding of my experience talking to people based on reading news articles.

According to the information published by the news monopoly a higher percent of the members in charge of the banking monopoly are of the Jewish tribe than the percent of Gentiles in charge of the banking monopoly.  We do not know if this is true or if the news monopoly is framing the Jewish tribe because we can not trust information published by the news monopoly.  My personal experience talking about their congregation members careers to people who proclaim to be Jews at Synagogues vs people who proclaim to be Gentiles at Churches does suggest that Jewish tribe members are disproportionately in charge of economics, but I could have a biased understanding of my experience talking to people based on reading news articles.

3rd layer : military, police, security people and mercenaries 

The Third Layer is controlled by their belief in the news monopoly lies and the religious monopoly lies that come from the Second Layer

The Third layer is controlled by unlimited funding of fraudulent money from the second layer's banking monopoly

The Third Layer controls the fourth and fifth layer by use of weapons

4th layer : government officials and corporations that do not fit the categories of layers 1 through 3 

Government officials from the Fourth Layer do not actually have any real power because the News from the second layer can change the words of government officials orders so that people think they gave different orders than they really did

Members of the fourth layer are also subject to control by violence and the threat of violence from the Third Layer..  A military can overthrow their countries president but a countries president can not overthrow the countries military

The banking monopoly from the second layer has unlimited money to fund fourth layer politicians and corporations that it chooses where as politicians and corporations that are not chosen can not successfully compete against the chosen corporations and politicians on a large scale with finite funds. 

It is debatable if fourth layer elected officials exist or if all so called elected officials are actors working for the news monopoly of the second layer.  The news monopoly might allow real people who are not actors to run for office but simply never declare them as election winners on the news and only choose to declare their actors who play fictitious elected officials to win.

5th layer : Everybody else who is human who are not on the 1st-4th layers

This fifth layer includes the involuntarily employed who support layers 1 through 4 economically.  The 1st - 4th layer exploit involuntary employees on the 5th layer to get goods and services from them.

The fifth layer includes people who "freeload" off the involuntarily employed and so are enslaved by the involuntarily employed because they must appease the involuntarily employed or get banished from their property

This fifth layer includes those who receive monetary benefits from the government but still are enslaved to the government because they must do paperwork to maintain those benefits else they will be unable to have somewhere they can sleep without being arrested for vagrancy.  Depending on the type of benefits legal restrictions may prevent them from doing many types of economically gainful activity without losing their benefits and entering into a deeper level of slavery such as involuntary employment.  Some of these individuals are not capable of consistently earning enough money through employment to pay for rent or property tax under the current system without receiving government benefits and are thus enslaved to doing paperwork.  In a different system such individuals might be able to do consistently work to maintain their own living either through voluntary employment or through voluntarily growing their own food to feed them-self without the burden of property tax.

Many able bodied adult males in the fifth layer are subjected to a form of involuntary employment.  Involuntary employment is coerced through either property tax or rent payed to landlords that pay property tax.  Involuntary employment is slavery.  Voluntary employment is not slavery.  As long as vagrancy laws prevent sleeping anywhere that you do not pay rent or property tax for then money must be paid to access property to sleep in to prevent being thrown in jail.  The requirement to get money in order to pay property tax or rent in order to not be thrown in jail is what makes employment involuntary.  It is not enough to work to grow food to feed yourself and yourself alone without making money but you must be employed in order to make money to avoid jail.  There are sometimes exceptions such as spouses of employees or children of employees or other "free loaders" living on an employees property who do not need to earn money but these people then end up enslaved to the employee in order to access the property the employee let's them sleep in, because if they get on the employees bad side the employee can kick them out of that property.  If there were no property taxes and vagrancy laws these "free loaders" might not be slaves to involuntary employees.  In reality "free loading" is like being an involuntary employee of an involuntary employee who does not get paid in money but only in being permitted to live in the house or apartment the involuntary employee rents or pays property tax for.

I mentioned that many adult males are subjected to involuntary employment because of the gender tax gap.  The employment situation with women is much more complicated to explain because of the gender tax gap.  Although some individual women pay more money in net taxes than they receive in benefits, all women in the United States as a combined group receive more money in tax benefits than they pay in taxes.  Whether a woman is working for an employer and receiving more tax money from men than she puts in or whether a woman is unemployed and married to a man who is involuntarily employed either way most women live off the labor of men.  Many men would rather pay to support a woman who is married to them than pay to support a woman who is not married to them and employed to someone else.   

Taxes do not pay for services, taxes are a way to trick people into involuntary employment.  Services are used as an excuse to tax people but can be paid for with printed fraudulent money without taxing anyone.  It is not entirely true that men pay taxes to support women's tax benefits but rather giving women benefits is used as an excuse to tax men.

How the pyramid layers are numbered

Each pyramid layer is controlled by a lower number layer and not controlled by a higher number layer.  I have split the pyramid into 5 layers although it could be divided into more categories.

Does it really matter who or what is in the 1st layer?

There is most likely a invisible 1st layer of the pyramid that controls the 2nd layer.  The 2nd layer would be the highest level of the pyramid that is visible.  If you are in charge of everyone are you going to tell who you are?  

Sentient beings on the 1st layer could fabricate false stories which they give to people on the 2nd layer to tell people on the 3rd through 5th layer.   Since the second layer could tell the stories publicly and the first layer would not need to appear publicly no one knows what or who the first layer is or if the first layer exists

Even though we do not know who is on the 1st layer of the pyramid we do not need to know who they are at this point in time, we only need more than half the people on the 3rd layer or more than half the people on the 5th layer to disbelieve the information that the 2nd layer of the pyramid has told people on the 3rd through 5th layers in order to achieve freedom.  It does not matter who people on the 1st layer are if nobody feels morally obligated to obey nor believe what they say through the 2nd layer as a medium since they do not currently seem to use violence nor the threat of violence but only sounds, words, numbers, symbols and images to control the population through deceit.  Although it might matter what sort of being they are if they change methods and start openly using overt violence or the threat of violence instead of only communicating messages through the medium of the 2nd layer.

The Sentient beings on the first layer could be humans, some other type of animals like reptiles, birds, amphibians, insects, literal parasites, or something more exotic like demons, angels, aliens,, undead, robots, artificial intelligence or whatever else.  But it might not matter what they are or if other sentient beings than humans exist because whatever they are the first and second step of the solution would be the same.  Although the third and fourth step could potentially be different depending on what they are, what type of technology they have, what if any hostages, slaves or bodies they have collected, and if they will use physical violence to stop disobedience to tyranny or simply decide to quit their evil ways when enough of the population no longer complies to their deceitful messages. 

A four step solution to tyranny

If 3% of the population are physically fighting for freedom against 97% that are fighting for tyranny and each group is equally well armed and trained then those fighting for freedom will lose.  It is sometimes OK to obey the government even though you are not morally obligated to, because obedience maybe safer than being violently attacked by supporters of tyranny.  I suggest obeying the government unless you are told to initiate fraud, physical self harm or violence if more people support tyranny than freedom in the society in which you live until you can persuade more people to support freedom than tyranny.  Presuming equal training and equipment per person on both sides, once more people support freedom than tyranny it is possible to successfully use force to physically defend yourself against violent attacks from supporters of tyranny so there is no longer a safety obligation to obey the government.  You should still avoid doing unethical things even if you are no longer obligated to obey the government.

The first part of the solution is disbelief in the news monopoly and religion monopoly and recruitment of other people to disbelieve in the news and religion monopoly.

The second part of the solution is to disobey the slave masters once a sufficient number of people disbelieve in the claims of the news monopoly and religion monopoly that disobedience is safe because the disbelievers who support freedom would be able to defeat the violent supporters of tyranny in defensive armed conflict.  Such disobedience should only be done through actions that are ethical.

The third part of the solution is the use of physical force to defend yourself and or other people against violent tyranny but only if the supporters of tyranny initiate violence instead of peacefully quitting tyrannizing.  If they realize they would lose the conflict they might surrender or quit in which such a case no physical force should be used against them because they are no longer initiating violence nor the threat of violence.

There maybe a fourth part of the solution such as rescuing specific victims

The nature of the third and fourth part of the solution may depend on who are what the rulers of the 1st layer of the pyramid are but the first and second part of the solution are the same no matter who the rulers on the first layer of the pyramid are.

I personally assume the sentient beings in the first layer are human in terms of my day to day decisions, but I am open to the possibility of being wrong.  Other people make different assumptions than me.

It is popular with some Christians to assume there are demons and or fallen angels in the top layer of the human enslavement system and Satan is the ruler of this world. 

My understanding of Mark Passio in Cosmic Abandonment is that he believes humans might have been created through alien genetic engineering of other primates in order to mine gold, and that aliens might have had descendants that were part human part alien who they left in charge of humanity and that aliens might have eventually abandoned humanity, leaving humans with trauma from their abandonment and that this undealt with trauma helps perpetuate the slavery system of humanity.  The aliens could be from outer space or from another dimension.  The aliens could be called angels or demons by some people if they are from another dimension.

David Icke and many others believe politicians are actually shapeshifting reptiles.   

In John Carpenter's movie "they live" ( 1988 ) there were aliens from another planet that infiltrated the news.  In other fiction it might be vampires secretly dominating humanity for a food source or some sort of fantastical monsters secretly ruling humanity.  Although aliens or vampires or monsters might have been a symbolic code for some group of human beings the fiction writers did not dare name.  Some authors of such fiction might also really believe it is humans dominating humans on the top of the pyramid but also believe that the story might be too boring to publish on a wide scale without replacing humans with aliens or other monsters.

Max Igan is concerned about the possibility that the world is being run by an artificial intelligence system or soon will be if people do not prevent the possibility.

I do not actually care if they are actually right or wrong about whether or not the rulers are humans in terms of the overall solution, although it might effect certain fine details that do not really matter yet at this stage of the quest for freedom and can be dealt with later after the first part of the solution.  

Hypothetical examples of possible scenarios of non human sentient beings in the first layer which all have the same first step to the solution but might have a different second step

Some parasites in real life supposedly transfer from one host to another by digestion, control the behavior of the host that consumes them and try to have the host that consumed them eaten by another animal to spread from host to host until they find the ideal final host to use their body resources to produce more parasites.  Let's say the first layer was such parasites and humans on the 2nd layer ate insects infected with such parasites becoming their hosts.  The news media then started telling people to eat insects in order to get more hosts although they claimed it was instead because eating insects is better for the environment than eating other food sources because they require less fossil fuel than using farm mammals or maybe even growing plants for food.  All people would have to do for the first step not to be controlled would be to disbelieve the news that eating insects leads to saving the planet then disobey the news and not eat the insects in order to not be infected.  The second step would be to develop technology to detect these parasites in case the parasites found ways to sneak them-self into foods that would not normally contain bugs or insects and or to develop a cure for people who have been infected with the parasites if that is not irreversible.

Let's say vampires or blood drinkers or shape shifting reptile blood drinkers or a human sacrifice cult have been enslaving humanity and using the government and corporations to due human trafficking in order to get food as some believe.  In such a case instead of directly physically confronting humans they would have tricked humans into shepherding other humans like a flock of sheep as their food source.  The first step is to disbelieve the news, government and corporations and no longer feel obligated to obey these groups.  If this weakens the vampires ability to collect a human flock for food and they come out and fight human beings with physical attacks directly using vampire powers after that then second step is however you fight vampires.  But you can not get to the second step until they are forced to come out into the open through the first step of disobedience and disbelief cutting them off from the food supply they could previously get through trickery instead of physical confrontation.

Let's say it is Satan and demons telling news anchors, government officials, and corporate bosses to tell people to do evil things.  Then the first step is disbelieving and disobeying the government officials, news anchors and corporate bosses whenever they say what Satan and demons told them to tell people.  In such a case the second step might have a particular religious or spiritual solution based on whatever religion is the true religion. 

Sentient beings at the 1st and 2nd layer of the control pyramid do not enslave people at lower levels by the violent use of physical weapons, but by fabricating untrue fictitious stories which a large enough number of people on certain lower levels of the pyramid believe are true.  Those people on certain lower levels then use physical weapons to enslave other people through violence and the threat of violence.  Some people on lower levels have such great faith in the false stories that they can be enslaved even without the use of physical weapons.  

The 2nd layer of the pyramid with a public face are controlled by first the banking monopoly, second the news monopoly and third the religion monopoly

The news and religion monopolies determine what is and is not politically correct for governments and corporations to do.  The news and religion monopolies also determine what people believe governments and corporations do or did.  

It does not matter what the literal reading of the text of a law means but what people believe the law means.  The news and religion monopolies control what people believe the law means.  

People mistakenly believe the supreme court is the ultimate authority on the interpretation of the law and can change how a law is applied through judicial activism in which they rule a different interpretation of the law than the the meaning the lawmakers originally intended and also a different interpretation of the law than the literal meaning of the law in the verdict of a court case.  But the supreme court is not the ultimate authority on the interpretation of the law.  The ultimate authority of the interpretation of the law is the news monopoly and the religion monopoly.  Because it is the news anchors that will put a news story about the supreme court's ruling and in that news story they can interpret the supreme court's interpretation of the law and change it so that people believed the supreme court ruled a different ruling than the supreme court actually ruled.  

The police, military, security officers and mercenaries do not enforce the literal meaning of the law or the original intention of the law, but what they believe the proper interpretation of the law is which they get from the news monopoly and from the teaching of any religious institution's clergy which forms a second news source for them if they attend a religious institution.

It does not matter what law is written on paper but only what law is enforced by the use of physical force and the threat of physical force.

Let us imagine that one day in the future there will be a new governmnent with the fictitious name of "Zumfufu" for a hypothetical example.  

If such a country as "Zumfufu" exists, will exist or has existed in real life or a a fiction story written by someone else prior to the writing of this chapter than this is by accident as I am trying to make up a name that has not been used for a country historically or in previous fiction writing.

It does not matter if a politician that passed a law even exists as a real person.  If a news agency hypothetically had a male actor named "Michael" wear a dress and the news called this actor the first woman President of Zamfufu named "Mandy" then people will believe that Mandy is the first woman president of Zumfufu even though President "Mandy" does not even exist as a real person and there actually is no president of Zumfufu.  The president of Zamfufu in such a case would only be a actor who plays the part of the president on the news but in reality Zamfufu would never have had an elected President.

Now let us say President "Mandy" let congress pass a very unpopular law without vetoing it according to the news.  Let us say congress never passed that law.  It would not matter, people might riot to protest that law because they believed congress passed that law, or police might arrest people who violate that law because they believe congress passed that law.

If the news monopoly owned the largest printing presses in Zamfufu and owned the Zamfufu government domain name.  Then they could even put that law on a Zamfufu government domain website and in Zamfufu law books printed by the most prestigious and "trustworthy" law book publisher.  The police could "fact check" the claims of the news monopoly by reading a law book and government website that they do not know is published by the same news monopoly.  The police would then believe they have confirmed the law was passed by Zamfufu's elected Congress when actually Zamfufu never had an elected Congress.

If anyone wished to dispute the election results it would not matter because people would trust the results posted by the news monopoly not the claims of some wacky conspiracy theorist.  The counting of the vote would not be rigged, because votes would never be counted, the number of votes would simply be declared by the news media and posted on Zamfufu government domain websites owned by the news monopoly.

And if anyone said that the govenment's actions were immoral the clergy of the religious instituition would declare a duty to obey the government.  The religious instituition clergy would also share whatever information was said about the government on the news at the end of their speech, such as their homily, sermon, or whatever name for the big speech the specific congregation of that religion uses.  All the religions would have superficial differences such as what the name or names of the god or gods are or the nature of the afterlife and or other claims that might or might not be true but can not be confirmed by personal observation through the use of the five senses of touch, sight, hearing, taste and smell combined with reason.  There might be stories that other people have witnessed evidence, but the believer would not be able to witness the evidence for them-self of religious claims made by the clergy of any of the religious institutions controlled by the religious monopoly.  Although the different religious institutions would disagree on so many trivial things to look like they are not acting as a single religious monopoly but are actually a diverse set of religions they would all be part of the same monopoly because they would all maintain a agreement on the only two non trivial claims they make in terms of living in this world, in this life, in a physical body made out of flesh and blood, which are, first that the news is trustworthy or at least trustworthy enough to maintain the system of slavery and second that the government should be obeyed or at least obeyed to a large enough degree that the slavery system is maintained.

The news monopoly is owned by the banking monopoly so we are told.  But the banking monopoly can not exist unless people believe in the existence of money.  And the belief in the existence of money can not be maintained without the constant upkeep of this belief by the news and religion monopolies.

Since the news and religious monopolies determine what is and is not politically correct for governments and corporations to do they actually are at a higher level of the pyramid than all other governments and all other corporate sectors than the banking sector.

Other corporations do not determine news policy but news determines the policy of non news corporations.  Let us say in this hypothetical example the people in charge of the news monopoly think it is hilarious that people think the male "Michael" is a female named "Mandy."  They could launch a news campaign demonizing transphobia, requiring you to say people are whatever gender they say they are.  Now if a employee at a non news corporation said "Mandy" looks like a Man not a Woman that employee would be fired, because if the corporation does not fire them they will be in violation of the politically correct culture set by the news.  They then might also have a trans acceptance mandatory class that all the employees have to go through because of what this one employee said.  Additionally if no such employee actually said such a thing at any of the corporations, the news media could make up a story about an employee that never existed having said such a thing and at a corporation that never existed which was then boycotted to the point of bankruptcy, to justify trans acceptance and appreciation mandatory classes for all employees corporations that really do exist to prevent such an incident at all other corporations.  If any corporation CEO refused to require such mandatory trans acceptance education for employees the news monopoly could simply put story after story against them to make the common news believers hostile to that corporation to the point of destroying that corporation if they so wished.  But all sufficiently large corporations would be owned by the banking monopoly which would have the same values as the media monopoly anyway so there would be no corporate CEO refusing to enact whatever the news and banking monopoly both wanted unless they were pretending to resist to be made example of as part of the fakery.  Any such resistance would only happen with small level corporations, companies or employers.  Sometimes such resistance might not be crushed because it is too small to be noticed.

All non news corporations except perhaps banking are subject to the rules of cultural etiquette taught by the news corporation as illustrated by this example.

The pyramid of control has four layers.  The 1st layer is the invisible layer, the 2nd layer is the banking monopoly, news, monopoly and media monopoly, the 3rd layer is the police, military, security officers and mercenaries and the 5th layer are enslaved by the mind control from the 1st and 2nd layer and or the violence and threat of violence by the 3rd layer.  

The 4th layer are "leaders" of "governments" and corporations that are not in the 2nd and 3rd layer. but are subservient to them.  Any politician at any time could be killed by the military, security officers, mercenaries or police of their own government and so actually are controlled by the 3rd layer through violence and the threat of violence and the 3rd layer is controlled by the 2nd layer through mind control.  There are two types of politicians the first type are actors from the 2nd layer, and the second type might or might not actually exist but is hypothetical.  The hypothetical elected politicians not receiving jobs as actors might not know that the news is fake.  Failure to realize that the news is fake would make them subject to mind control from the 2nd layer, and they would also be subject to the military, police, security officers and mercenaries in the 3rd layer who actually obey what the news monopoly says the elected politicians say instead of what the elected politicians really say, this puts them on the 4th layer being controlled by both the 2nd and 3rd layer.

The 4th layers are the subservient masses that outnumber the other 3 layers.  Were more than half the people in either the 3rd or 4th layer to stop believing in their obligation to obey the other layers than the slavery system would end, were they to act on their belief in a certain manner,  But as long as most of the people on the 3rd layer and also most of the people on the 5th layer believe in the obligation to obey the other layers even those who do not believe in the lies nor the obligation to obey the liars can not achieve freedom.

Why the 3rd or the 5th layer

If the 3rd layer no longer uses weapons to enforce tyranny because more than half of them are converted to a pro freedom mindset and more than half of them no longer believe the lies from the 2nd layer then they will not use violence to enforce tyranny on the people in the 5th layer.  Even if most people in the 5th layer still believe the lies from the 2nd layer and remained mentally enslaved, those in the 5th layer who do not believe the lies would be free since the people from the 3rd layer would no longer use violence and the threat of violence against them.

If more than half the people in the 3rd layer enforce tyranny but more than half the people in the 5th layer support freedom since the people in the 5th layer outnumber the 3rd layer by such a large amount they could potentially use physical force to defend themselves successfully against violent enforcement of tyranny from the 3rd layer with sufficient training and weapon quality and quantity.

If both more than half the people in the 3rd layer and more than half the people in the 5th layer do not believe in the lies of the 2nd layer and support freedom then freedom is much more certain then if more than half of only one of those two groups supports freedom.
